About Me

I've been an avid video game fan ever since I was able to hold a controller. I've played every type of game there is, from casual party games to brain-numbing platformers, and have even captained a competitive MOBA team. I'm insanely competitive, and I have a slightly annoying (so some people say) need to not only be good, but the best at every game I play. I always do a deep dive on every game I play through, trying to analyze systems, mechanics, and usability so I can get the edge on other players. When I'm not playing games, I like playing any type of sports, salmon fishing in British Columbia, and watching all types of movies.

• Best single-player game: Witcher 3 Wild Hunt

• Most well designed/balanced game: Dota 2

• Favorite Indie platformer: Celeste, or maybe Super Meat Boy, but Cuphead is good too
